Calculating value
To determine the correct value of your home, we apply various techniques and consider all factors that can influence the property's value: age, location, accessibility, usable living area, dimensions of the building and the plot, number of bedrooms, orientation, surroundings, possibilities of the building, etc. Additionally, we compare your property with numerous reference points from our own database of sold and rented properties, as well as with similar properties on the current real estate market.
