The residence is located a stone's throw from the center of Leuven, within walking distance of the train station and near several campuses.

The room with terrace has a fold-out double bed (140cm x 200cm - mattress not included), built-in closets, providing more than enough storage space. The room also has a built-in desk with bookshelf and personal refrigerator with freezer compartment. Furthermore, the room has a personal bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The bicycle storage is accessible by elevator or via the stairwell.

There are two kitchens per floor, shared with up to 10 people. The kitchens are equipped with an oven, microwave, vitro-ceramic hob, dining table, sinks and a personal lockable storage cabinet. Each kitchen also has its own terrace.

There is also a common relaxation area with television, armchairs, tables and a kicker table. There is also underground lockable bike storage, waste room and a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The price is €680/month excluding utilities provision (50 euro/month)
